Aneli Villas, Aegina Isle
Coastal house on the north side of Aegina, built in 1968 from reinforced concrete, without shear walls.
The Project
Family-run villa of reinforced concrete, in minimal style with swimming pool. Designed by the architect T. Lazaridis, it is “free from all around” building and is located in the area of Pallini, in Attika.
The house consists of a basement, ground floor and first floor and is functionally connected to a special structure that is used as a parking space. It is a conventional construction, with sufficient reinforced concrete walls, fully earthquake resistant. From an architectural standpoint, it is fully harmonized with the landscape in which it is located.
