Circului Park Tower, Office Building, Bucharest
Modern, “minimal”, office building consisting of a basement, ground floor and 3 more storeys, with rectangular plan view, located in Bucharest, Romania which is characterized as a seismic prone area.
The Project
This is a new reinforced concrete building, hosting offices and a shop, in Glyfada Attica. The building consists of two basements, ground floor and two floors.
In order to serve the building’s commercial and operational needs in a better way, the owner asked for a loft (mezzanine) extension on the ground floor and an elevator installation throughout its full height.
We designed a composite reinforced concrete and structural steel solution, fully attached and integrated to the existing load-bearing body, in absolute conformity with the architectural design and with the building’s functionalism.
Composite construction provides speed, flexibility and economy in such interventions.
The project has not yet been implemented.
