It is a building with offices and entertainment venues on Iera Odos in Athens. It is the work of the architect G. Lambrou. It consists of a ground floor and five more floors out of steel. It also has five levels of basements. The building is situated near the ancient cemetery of Kerameikos.
The roof slabs of the ground floor and of the first basement are pre-stressed, featuring 30m spans approximately and the steel columns of the first floor are based on pre-stressed concrete frames. The seismic forces are assumed by steel truss core and steel vertical bracing systems. The basement roofs are reinforced concrete flat slabs, in order to achieve maximum clearance in the basement levels. Cubus finished the final design in 2002.
