The program is used for the pre-seismic checking of pilotis columns. It is suitable for buildings that have reduced stiffness and resistance on the ground floor and do not have shear walls or cores. Superior floors are considered to have relatively increased strength and stiffness due to walls and they behave elastically, while the plastic deformation mechanism (soft story mechanism) appears on the ground floor. Finally, measures are proposed for the improvement of the behavior and strengthening of the structure.
